Eid Ul Adha 2017
Eid is an imperative as well as a religious festival of Muslims. It is also known as Bakr-Eid or a festival of sacrifice. This festival is also celebrated to remember the sacrifice made by Abraham. The festive starts on the tenth day of the month Dhull Hijja and lasts for three days only. In a calendar named Gregorian, the dates of festival vary from year to year. In this festival, the main activity which is done by Muslims is to do the morning prayer and listen to the sermon in the mosque.
Like other years this festival is just about to come in 2017 in also. Eid Ul Adha 2017 will be celebrated like other years, for example, the meat this year also will be divided into three parts for family, relatives, and the rest which will be left donated to poor people in society. People celebrate this festival by wearing new clothes, eating and distributing sweets and clothes, meeting friends and relatives. Eid-ul-Adha is celebrated worldwide and this day is declared as a public holiday.
Eid-UL-Adha is the two most important festival of, and they eagerly wait for this festival to arrive as it is the only festival of which is celebrate with full happiness in this religion and people used to wait a lot for this festival to come.
Like any other year this year also people will purchase new clothes, share brotherhood and do many other things but the main thing which people forgets every year is that what lesson does this festival gives us. On this festival, people remind everyone like they are their brother, friends it doesn’t matter from which religion they belong but soon after this festival they forget about everything and jealousy about each other religion gets started. This only the primary activity which we don’t have to do as because it is not only destroying the nature of humanity but due to this only person of other countries use bad words for the Muslim religion. Everyone is equal no one is moderate or higher, God is also one, but we refer them by different names some call them Allah, some Jesus, and some Bhagwan but these all names are one.
Eid is the festival which gives us a lesson to share a brotherhood, and that’s why only we share foods, clothes even the Abraham for the sake of Allah has sacrificed his son, so can’t we sacrifice the thoughts which we are having in our minds in the interests of our God’s.
The main reason why I have added this point in my article is that people celebrate Eid, but they forget about everything which they have done earlier.
Date of Eid- Ul- Adha- Islamic Vs. Gregorian Calendar – Eid Ul Adha 2017
There is a significant difference between Islamic Vs. Gregorian Calendar. In Islamic Calendar it follows lunar whereas Gregorian follows the solar calendar. If we talk about the difference between these two is that lunar calendar is 11 days shorter than the solar calendar. And that’s why the date of Edi-Ul-Adha varies every year according to the Gregorian Calendar whereas it always remains same according to the Islamic Calendar. The date of Eid-Ul-Adha 2017 is August 31 to September 1.
So the festival will arrive in the month of Septemberer, and like any other year Eid will be celebrated this year too with joy and happiness and lots of purchase, sharings will be done. But we don’t have to deny the fact that everyone among us is equal and never judge anyone by their religion it may be possible that the person whom you are reminding as your enemy can help you.
